understanding-the-new-cqc-assessment-framework-preparing-for-inspection

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is delaying the introduction of its new regulatory assessment framework until later in 2023, which gives care providers more time to prepare for the changes.

The new way of working will alter the relationship between the CQC and providers, as they move from an inspection-based framework to continual assessment. This means Providers will be expected to show how effective their care is through sharing data from multiple sources.but while procedures and documentation are a key element of proving compliance it isn’t really the policies It’s about people

Our course:

"The New CQC Assessment Framework, and how to achieve Outstanding".  will simplify the maze of information and guidance produced by the Care Quality Commission in achieving a Top Rating.

All our team have worked inside the Care Quality Commission, involved in either the training of Inspectors, implementing of processes or as part of a CQC Inspection team With this wealth of experience we can bring a unique insight into the inner workings and systems of the assessment framework, and more importantly what they will be looking for as part of the Inspection and how to demonstrate Compliance to them without the need to purchase external software.

“Having attended several CQC led courses over the past years, this is the first time I have left thoroughly enjoying both the course and the contents. Your course reflects exactly what is required to be implemented from a CQC perspective because of James’ previous history as their National Training Manager.” – A. Marjara, Care Home Manager
